St Ives Fish Preservation and Angling Society is a small friendly club
The clubs main objective is to promote good fellowship among anglers, and to provide genuine sport for its members by acquiring fishing rights from owners of private waters and occupiers of land adjoining the River Ouse, by protecting fish and restocking when necessary, by reporting evidence of pollution. by prosecuting cases of illegal fishing, netting, taking undersized fish.
Membership
For a small membership fee of £18 for the 2012/13 season, you can gain access to 5 sections of the Great Ouse River with some excellent Roach and Bream fishing, see the membership tab for details. Day tickets are available at a cost of £5. Junior membership is free up to the age of 16
Membership can be purchased personally at Stanjay Sports in Huntingdon or Petzone in St Ives, or via email, please include your address.

Matches
The club run regular Thursday (Daylight permiting) and Sunday club matches details can be found on the Club Key dates tab.
The Match results relevant to the current year, will be published weekly on the Match results tab and can be found in the Hunts Post every week.
We run Junior competitions every year with cups and prizes, sponsored by local business, dates can be located here
